Cornerstones Leadership Camp

Our Leadership Camp is a powerful part of the Cornerstones of Success experience. Held at the start of summer and again in the fall, these outdoor retreats give young men the chance to step away from daily distractions and dive into growth, connection, and leadership.

Set in the natural surroundings near Rochester, Minnesota, the camp is chosen by the participants themselves, encouraging decision-making and ownership from day one. Camp activities include hiking, team-building challenges, journaling, and leadership exercises, all designed to build confidence, resilience, and strong bonds between peers.

This isn’t just a getaway—it’s a turning point. Our camp helps launch the program with purpose and closes it with reflection, giving every participant a chance to see how far they’ve come. It’s where young men become leaders—together.
