Our program was created in response to a growing need: too many young men in our communities are navigating life without direction, positive role models, or opportunities to discover their strengths. Cornerstones of Success provides the structure, encouragement, and tools they need to rewrite their stories and become leaders in their own lives and communities.

Through a hands-on curriculum that blends community service, outdoor adventure, life skills workshops, and daily mentorship, we create a safe and challenging environment where growth happens. Whether it’s cleaning up local parks, mentoring peers, hiking Minnesota’s trails, or learning how to manage conflict, participants learn by doing, and grow every step of the way.

We don’t believe in quick fixes. We believe in consistency, accountability, and real relationships.
