About Me
Dominick Morlan – Founder, Cornerstones of Success
I’m Dominick Morlan, a lifelong resident of Rochester, Minnesota, and someone who knows what it’s like to face real challenges at a young age. I started Cornerstones of Success because I wanted to create something I never had growing up; a space where young men could build discipline, confidence, and leadership through real-life experience and genuine mentorship.
My early life wasn’t easy. I grew up in a mix of households, dealt with family issues, and had to figure things out on my own way too soon. Like a lot of young men without direction, I made mistakes and ran into trouble. But I also worked hard took whatever jobs I could find, got sober, earned my GED, and started reshaping my future. Over time, I found strength in structure, purpose in service, and growth through community. That’s the foundation Cornerstones is built on.
I’m not here to give speeches. I’m here to lead by example. I believe in second chances, accountability, and building something solid from the ground up. This program is about more than just staying busy it’s about showing up every day with the intention to grow, to serve, and to lead.
To the young men who join us: I’ve been where you are. I’ve felt what it’s like to want more but not know how to get there. That’s why I created this not as a teacher on a pedestal, but as a brother who’s walked the path and is ready to walk it with you.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors fishing, hiking, camping or digging into history and journaling. I believe strength comes from discipline, clarity, and staying connected to something real.
Cornerstones of Success isn’t just a program. It’s a turning point. And if you’re ready to show up, I promise you won’t have to walk it alone.
